How to Buy/Trade

I’m happy to repost any for trade (FT) posts on my story. For sale (FS) stories will only be posted when the pin is no longer in stock. All my photos can be used for ISOs.
I also enjoy trading my flawed pins with people but especially other pin creators! Flawed pins deserve love too!
Limited Edition Pins
At this time, all pins I produce will be limited edition or LE or open edition (OE) pins but in small batches. Variants and restocks will be considered based on consumer demand.
Future mini pins will always be open edition (OE) and can be restocked based on demand.
Returns
The only returns I will accept are for A grade pins, on a case by case basis. It will be based off of photos and decided if the pin is too flawed to be sold as an A grade.
Returns will not be discussed on Instagram, only through my business email [email protected]
No exchanges will be accepted at this time due to low stock of each pin. OE pins may be exchanged based on availability. A grade pins will only be considered for return within the 48 hours after the item’s tracking number says it’s been delivered.
No credits for future creations will be given on any basis. If I decide an A grade is flawed, a refund will be processed for both the pin and shipping fees. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
I am not responsible for lost/stolen merchandise after the pins have been dropped off at the post office. Contact your neighbors and local post office if you believe your pin is missing.
Shipping/Addresses
All shipping fees are based on if you’re in the United States or international. There’s a flat rate for both, $7 in the US and $20 for international.
Items will be shipped 3-7 days after order is placed.
Address changes will only be processed for presale buyers when the pins are in-hand. Otherwise, I will not accept any address changes for in-hand pins, as all buyers are responsible for inputting the correct address when paying. Changes of address will not be processed for drop buddies. Drop buddies must receive the item at the original address given and pay for the price of further shipping.
Grading
A Grade: In an A grade pin, any small/slight flaws cannot be noticed when held from an arm’s length. Any small flaws would only be visible at a tilt in direct sunlight. A grades will never have deep scratches, missing enamel, miscoloring, or poor printing. The only acceptable flaws in A grades may have slight surface scratches from the manu’s polishing process or small pinpricks.
B Grades: B grade pins may have slightly more flaws that still may be more difficult to see from an arm’s length away. These MAY include: slight surface scratches, pinpricks, scuffs, specks, enamel bubbles, small enamel issues and slight screenprinting issues.
C Grades: May have all flaws included in B grades including deep scratches, missing enamel, or incomplete print.
Flawed: All flawed pins will not be for sale. They include flaws that are more extreme, and I don’t feel comfortable selling them to customers that trust me with their hard-earned money. They will be held and traded with priority to other pin creators! Flawed pins can include defects such as large missing enamel, multiple deep scratches, and unuseable posts.
REMINDER: All enamel pins are handmade by artisans, and will have some defects, if not extremely minor. Backstamps will also not be included in the grading process.
